NATASHA: Hello, I am Natasha Fearon and I'm here with Diana Allison at the Park Slope Old Timers Reunion at 4th Street and 6th Avenue on Saturday, August 9th, 2025. Can you please spell your full name?
DIANA: D-I-A-N-A A-L-L-I-S-O-N.
NATASHA: What is your relationship to Park Slope and/or Brooklyn?
DIANA: I lived on Park Slope for about seven years on 4th Street, 361 for numerous wonderful experiences.
NATASHA: Did you have a particular powerful or important memory of Park Slope or Brooklyn you'd like to share?
DIANA: The community, the raising the children together, everyone took care of everyone else's children, and there was so much love and camaraderie with all of us.
NATASHA: Why did you decide to come to the Park Slope Old Timers Reunion today?
DIANA: I was invited, and I remember the experience I had in the neighborhood, and I could not miss it.
NATASHA: What are some things you think more people should know about Park Slope or Brooklyn based on your own experiences
DIANA: That it's diversified and it's family, it's love, and you've got to come on down and meet and greet people.
NATASHA: What are your hopes for the future of the neighborhood and Brooklyn?
DIANA: Continued success and people getting along and celebrating each other and the community we live in.
